Silkpaint Water-Soluble Resist – 944ml

Silkpaint Water-Soluble Resist is a versatile product that can be used in various ways. It functions as an outliner to define areas in silk painting or to block out areas for creating batik effects. You can tint the resist by adding dye or silk paint colours.

When diluted with 3 parts water, it can be painted onto fabric to help inhibit the flow of paint. Additionally, you can combine it with dye to thicken it for painting or screen printing.

After application, set the dyes according to the manufacturer’s instructions, then machine wash on a delicate cycle and iron while damp. We recommend creating test pieces before starting your project.
