Sinotex UK was founded in 1994 as the UK sales office for the Sinotex brand “Arty’s”. Sinotex itself had started in Switzerland in the early 80’s and grew rapidly on the back of the craze for silk painting, mainly in Germany, during the 80’s and early 90’s.
Fully independent since 2005, Sinotex is no longer restricted to offering just the Arty’s range and we now distribute IDEEN silk and cotton fabrics and textile blanks, our own scarves and fabrics form China, plus de Witte Engel range for felters and more.
